In this scene, you can feel the fleeting embrace of twilight, and hear the whispers of urban solitude. The two bicycles, standing next to each other in a sea of darkness, act as silent sentinels. They suggest a pause. A moment of reflection. Or even a sudden decision to just be. The dim lights and the evening’s soft darkness serve as a backdrop for the two bikers who, on the bench, gaze at the canvas of light painted by the city. A moment of tranquility amid the chaos. Beyond the water, you see the city living a life of its own, streets humming with the rhythm of the night, and people living a life of their own. There’s beauty in this contrast. A quiet moment against the grandeur of urban life, where every light in the cityscape could be telling a story.
I couldn’t tell you why this is my favorite photo that I've taken, but something about it has always made me happy.
‘till next time
